تحقق من رقم جوال مالك المنشأة ثم أرسل طلبًا للمراجعة اليدوية. إرسال الطلب وحده لا يحذف الحساب ولا يعطل أي منشأة أو اشتراك.Verify the organization owner's mobile number, then submit a request for manual review. Submitting it does not itself delete the account or disable any organization or subscription.
مراجعة يدوية بلا تنفيذ تلقائيManual review with no automatic action
تُراجع الطلبات وتُعالج خلال مدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا كحد أقصى. هذه مدة للمعالجة اليدوية وليست عدّادًا لإغلاق أو تعطيل أو حذف تلقائي، ولا يتغير شيء بمجرد تقديم الطلب.Requests are reviewed and processed within up to 30 days. This is a maximum manual-processing period, not an automatic countdown to close, disable, or delete anything, and submission alone changes nothing.
الإلغاء متاح قبل بدء التنفيذCancel before processing starts
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب من التطبيق أو من هذه الصفحة ما دام بحالة قيد المراجعة. لا يلزم الاتصال أو بدء محادثة واتساب لتقديم الطلب أو إلغائه.You can cancel in the app or on this page while the request is pending review. A phone call or WhatsApp conversation is not required to submit or cancel it.
المنشآت المرتبطة بالحسابOrganizations linked to the account
إذا كنت تملك منشأة، فسنراجع يدويًا أثر الطلب عليها والاشتراكات والسجلات المرتبطة بها قبل اتخاذ أي قرار. لن تتغير حالة المنشأة بمجرد إرسال الطلب.If you own an organization, we manually review the impact on it and its related subscriptions and records before any decision. Its status does not change merely because you submitted a request.
عند اعتماد الحذف وتنفيذهIf deletion is approved and completed
- تُحذف بيانات الملف الشخصي والدخول وربط الأجهزة التي لا يلزم الاحتفاظ بها.Profile, sign-in, and device-link data that does not need to be retained is deleted.
- يتوقف استخدام الحساب بعد اكتمال التنفيذ الفعلي، وليس عند إرسال الطلب.The account stops being usable only after deletion is actually completed, not when the request is submitted.
ما قد نحتفظ به نظاميًاWhat may be retained by law
- الفواتير والمعاملات المالية وسجلات التدقيق للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة فقط.Invoices, financial transactions, and audit records only for the period required by law.
- قد تحتفظ المنشأة بسجلات العمل مثل الحضور والرواتب وفق التزاماتها النظامية.The organization may retain employment records such as attendance and payroll to meet its legal obligations.

سنرسل رمز تحقق إلى رقم الجوال المسجل لمالك المنشأة قبل تسجيل أي إجراء.We send a verification code to the registered organization owner's mobile number before recording any action.
